In a tiny concrete warehouse outside of Krakow a band of outsiders drink, smoke dope, rant and rave and still manage to make up to eighty pairs of boots a week. They function in the spirit of a rock and roll band and their hand sewn boots have become a cultural phenomenon. But as orders increase and the price of leather and soles rise Lukasz the leader wants to modernize. Wojtek one of the founding members is afraid this will destroy the artisan quality of their work. Gemba the youngest is undecided. The others are taking sides and everyone is going nuts trying to have fun while dealing with the pressures that threaten The Boot Factory.
